After 6 knee surgeries, including a total reconstruction on my right knee, I have a pretty extensive history with physical therapy and can honestly say that Athletico has by far been the best experience overall. Dr. Barb and Dr. Steve are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. After evaluation, Dr. Steve developed a personalized strategy to address my specific, individual needs and was able to explain exactly what each exercise was designed for in a way that even I could understand.nnI had nearly given up hope that my right knee would ever get any better and had pretty much accepted the fact that the chronic pain would just be something I had to learn to live with. However, after just a few weeks of working with them, my knee started to improve and now feels better than it has in over 15 years - I've gotten my full range of motion back and can even kneel on it again. Thank you for literally improving my quality of life and helping me keep up with the twin rugrats that we now have running around the house!

I started having issues with my shoulder. I had exhausted all other options, so I decided physical therapy was the next step. I was dreading it. Go in for an hour, get stimulation if needed, ultrasound if needed and do all the exercises blah blah blah. Not the case here! Yes, you have to put in the work to get the muscle back to the strength for proper use. New treatment ahs come out, and I am so thankful. It's called dry needling. My bicep was extremely tight and was very painful. In 6 sessions, my arm & shoulder went from extremely painful to very little pain. I'd like to thank Steve, my therapist for introducing the new treatment it has help tremendously.

I just went for my first visit with Barb at Athletico. Barb was so knowledgeable and was able to show me what was going on with my rotator cuff. She sent me home with a list of exercises and also sent me a link to some video exercises I can do! I highly recommend using them for your Physical Therapy needs!
