Restaurant # 8803 , Airport Rd.nYesterday, Fish sandwiches one spot of sauce each, 1 French Dip and, paid for a chicken club $5.99 got home NO chicken club in bag . Great thing... there's no where to get refund on receipt !!!!
Great service, fresh food, separated in bags nicely. Best in Jackson
Not the best Arby’s in Jackson. One tiny spot of cheese sauce on my classic beef and cheddar sandwich and the fries aren’t “curly” at all. Everything else was okay and as expected
I used the drive thru to place my order. While waiting I was noticing the face mask etiquette of the employees.nI was extremely disappointed. While I took my food, I did not eat it.nMasks were either worn under the nose or chin on a visible crew of at least four people. I could tell they seen me looking directly at them thru the window. That is when the kept, guiltily I suspect, touching and fidgeting with their face masks. They would side eye me and act as if they were going to properly adjust it. With bare hands that were touching food orders!nI will not go back or recommend to others.
Service was great and friendly, overall had a really good experience and the food was great, a lot better quality than most of the other Arby’s locations here in Jackson. Keep up the good work!
