My latest visit to Bob Evans on West Avenue, was an awesome one. The service was fast and friendly. Especially Easton, our waiter, he made sure our drinks were filled and kept coming by checking on us to see if we needed anything. He made our visit great.

Decent food; a bit greasy. Waitress was adequate. The manager was extremely rude. He was the one that checked me out. He almost checked another customer out before me- even though I was first in line. Barely spoke, no thank you, gave me the wrong change, and just had an attitude about him. Definitely a poor impression of the restaurant-especially as you're paying and from a manager!

On Thanksgiving day here in Jackson Michigan I ended up riding solo. I ended up ordering a premium Thanksgiving dinner meal directly through their website and it was delivered by a GrubHub driver I believe. The meal came 20 minutes early, it was steaming hot, everything was delicious absolutely delicious. Bob Evans you guys knock it out of the park and I just want to give you some props for that. I've been going to Bob Evans restaurants since I was a wee lad and I can't think I've ever had a single problem with them. Great place to eat and it's as simple as that.

They have a bunch of great employees working at this establishment, when I enter the building they was polite courtesy and greet me and made me feel warm inside. Keep up the wonderful job.

Tasty pancakes eggs and sausage. Coffee excellent service prompt and friendly.
