I ordered a sub today which was missing the ham. When I called the man that answered the phone explained their credit system (implying that they would put a new sub as my credit). I was pretty upset and he was able to calm me down (not going to lie I was hangry for sure). He put me on hold, then the manager (Codi) answered the phone. He offered me a credit in the dollar amount of the item that was missing ($2.50). I explained that the guy just offered me a new sub as credit. Codi tells me that he had no authority to do that because he’s not a manager. Maybe the guy who answered the phone should be a manager, because he understood that going above and beyond for the guest would probably be better than just giving what the guest lost out on. The only reason I would go back is because of the man who answered the phone, A1 customer service for sure! Codi could probably learn something from him honestly. And I hope he didn’t yell or retaliate towards the hourly employee that knows how to treat guest’s that have a complaint and would be the reason I’d go back.

Used the drive thru earlier today and was very happy with the service. I had only eaten at a Jimmy John's once or twice before in another city and it was just okay. Today the person taking my order was pleasant and personable, and I was so happy with the quality of the sandwich. I ordered the Beach Club and it was so fresh and well made. I will definitely be going back. I felt like I really got my money's worth for the first time in a while while ordering take-out. It may seem like a little thing, but thank you to whomever made our sandwiches with skill and care.

Great food. Great Service. Prices are a little high, but its always the best subs in town. Their bread is great.

Have waited longer than normal for my food at the window. Not quick like advertised. But food was good.

Save yourself the stress and if you need Jimmy John’s go find another location! Ordered a Tuna unwhich with cheese and extra pickles, paid extra for cheese, didn’t get it, pickles, nope! But got cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and onions... When they went to hand me two pops, they we blown always that I didn’t want 2 and I wanted my money back, and ps the actual pop was flat.... I don’t live in this area and told manager this, she will hold my credit since I paid cash and she doesn’t mail refunds... So as I am out $11 and get to go get a dinner somewhere else on the road the manager Daylyn let me know my credit is good for a while, no time frame, just a while. Wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone, unless if you want a completely different order and the manager to tell you oh well, you paid cash....
