Didn't get pizza sauce I ordered with the bread, no dipping sauces for the wings (asked for ranch & blue cheese) no flavored crust.... spinach and feta bread was undercooked... first time I called I was on hold for 20 mins then hung up on.nOn a positive note the delivery kid with the silver jeep was super polite! Nice kid!nPaid $100 with tip to not get what we ordered.

I went there last week I ordered two deep dish pizzas the Chicken Hawaiian BBQ the large Pizza with two things of crazy but I got back to where I was going and they messed up my my pizza and I called them they gave me a $17 store credit I still had to pay for the my food the next day. No credit was given and cost me close to $80.00 for the two orders.

I absolutely love their deep dish pizza!! They have a perfect balance of yummy sauce, cheese and toppings.. and that crunch that Jet's is famous for. Yum!!

Due to a computer error, my order was never made, I had to wait a long time. The manager was not only kind & caring, but she went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it right. Jet's has been & will continue to be my 1st choice! Their deep dish is soooo good; even my picky eater loves it.

Jets pizza in Jackson Mi is a joke. Spent $45 on food to have a hair in my pizza. Called them said they would send out a new pizza and a cookie for the problem. Took over an hour to get new pizza. And never sent the free cookie. Why bother telling us you will send us one if u werent going to. Will not be back.
