Dillion was outstanding and went above and beyond. If I could give out a 10, I would. He was extremely thorough, paid close attention to detail, professional and his customer service was excellent.
Ordered gas fireplace gave us an approximate install date. Said they would call couple days before they came didn't call just showed up. Install guys were great did what they could with out having all the right stuff lack of input from office I believe said they would come back and finish later. Then the office called wanting remaining payment but they weren't done with install they finished it today and again install guys did good.went to store and made the final payment minus the permit they charged me for I talked to the building permits inspector and they had not pulled one yet when they get there permit and it passes inspection I will pay for that. Really dissatisfied with the run around about permit and total in organization they have up there also not sure about making the check out to jared story over the business name. Sounds like a tax fraud or child support fraud or something or maybe there really just not a licensed business at all. Beware !!
Buddy ordered parts for his wood stove 3 months ago still has not got a call back if they got them in or not they happily accepted his money wen he bought his wood stove there what's up guys?
Hired them for cleaning out wood stove. They did a good job and cleaned up after. Price was reasonable.
