Cheap tools. What more can I say?
I like when you break a tool they replace it, but tools are cheaper
Something I bought was missing parts they made it right with no hassle
Beware of this store. They will lie to you, if it gets them a sale. My elderly mother wanted to get a generator in case of emergency, at checkout she was told if she returned it, there would be a re-stocking fee. She decided not to buy it because of that, the clerk then told her & I both, if it was not opened & still sealed in box she would not need to pay the re-stocking fee, because of that, we decided to get it & kept it sealed in box. We tried to return it today & they will not honor what their clerk told us. They now are wanting to charge my elderly mother a $120 re-stocking fee to take it back. We are going to call corporate & talk to them. I think this is wrong & the store took advantage of my mother & I by not standing behind what their clerk told us. They said they have fired that clerk, but refuse to make it right. It is not our fault the store hired someone who lies & my elderly mother should not be stuck having to pay $120 because the store hired a sales clerk who would lie to a senior citizen to make a sale.
