This is a very professional company that is extremely knowledgeable in all things to do with sewer and septic. Our septic system failed and Amanda was quick to calm me down, explaining the issue and how to go about getting the permit from the county. They were able to send someone out right away to get us a quote. I felt like I was an educated consumer but had no idea how a septic system really worked and Amanda was able to explain it all to me in laymen's terms. If you are having any issues, or need your septic system replaced, I would give them a call!
Don't usually rate businesses but felt this experience is worth my time. Wife and I have never used Septic in our lives so we had lots of questions. Walked me through everything with a great crash course and were very helpful in educating me for future maintenance. Outstanding customer service experience! Thank you!!!
Had an excellent experience getting a new septic system drain field from getting help with the permit to the finish of the job. They did an excellent job talking about all options for the situation. I would highly recommend hiring modern septic.
