What a Jackson treasure! I am awe inspired every time I enter this amazing bookstore! Great selections, clean, and very knowledgeable help.
It was so amazing to walk in and be awed by the amount of books and selections available. What a treasure. So is the woman Lisa behind the counter.
It's got a great selection of newer books, and it feels good to support a local business! You can also trade your books for credit.
UPDATE: I received a gift certificate in the mail about a month after this review. My credits should be on my account now, but I haven’t tried to use them yet.nnThis place cheats people out of money!nnI loved going to The Book Exchange and finding awesome books for affordable prices. I also loved that I could get credits for books that I brought in. After today, I will never buy from them again! I had 15 credits on my account, but when I went up to the register, they said I only had 1 credit left. I said that there must be some mistake because I brought in a huge stack of books and haven’t bought any books since. I don’t think the person ever typed in my credits from the paper I filled out. Now I’ve been cheated out of 15 books that I could have sold or donated elsewhere.
Kevin i love your store but your help really need to learn how to treat customers. Excuse me but she was nasty and very rude and disrespectful. I won't be back. She had no right treating me like dirt under her feet. And my granddaugther
