Just got an auto loan. Was quick and easy. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly.
New to Jackson and chose American 1 Credit Union for my banking needs. Manager Nicole was awesome to work with. Made everything easy to follow and explained info completely. Ladies in the office are very friendly and welcoming. I see this as a long term relationship. I would highly recommend them.
Not having much luck with the new online service, but thanks to Shara at the Parnell office we got things straighten out an I feel more comfortable using the new system
Brandi Deroo manager of american one credit union is extremely rude and lies in reviews that we threatened her when she made all the threats and it was recorded. She was buried in her trade and we came down $2000 to make the deal. She threaten with negative reviews and her customer base with the credit union and all I tried to do was help her. We will be seeking legal representation for Brandi using her power, customer base, and threatening language for personal gain.
