Furnace stopped working at 4pm on a Saturday (in January) , called Wilson's and they were friendly when they answered. They made it to my house an hour later, super impressed.nThey figured out the issue and actually had the part for my 30 year old furnace. Wasn't cheap but... Saturday....nI will definitely be referring them to my friends and will use them again (although I hope I don't have to).
I rent and my landlord chose to use this company when my furnace went out. The guys were amazing and so respectful. They cleaned up and were a lot of fun to joke with while they were doing the great work! So excited about my new furnace.
I really like these guys. They are super professional and can do anything. A great local family run business.
We had them come out to install a mixing valve for our tub/shower. The valve wasn't really secured, nor properly centered in the opening when they left. I attempted to install the trim kit anyhow and it just pulled on the valve when I tightened the screws. We had them come back (they sent someone named Chase the second time, I believe) and he did an amazing job. That thing is centered and solid now. It's great to see a company stand behind their work like that and make things right when problems arise. Give Chase a raise!
