Called because I had a problem with our heating system. Patrick came out to look at our situation. I gave him an extra star because some places won't even return a call. He came out, looked at our system, and left claiming it was just fine. It was not just fine. Our house was freezing at night because only a third of the house was being heated.nnI called Byron. He came out and looked at the issue. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it at no charge and taught me how to fix it myself. What was the mystery issue? Air was building up inside the pipes and the system was bound. The solution: Bleed the pipes at the wall heaters with a screwdriver.nnByron got a customer for life. Patrick lost a customer and got this wonderful review. My family suffered for a week in the cold after Patrick came out while we tried to get someone to help us. Never again.

Great service. My Mom's 19 year old water heater developed a leak yesterday. I called Patrick's at 8:44 am. The crews were busy, however, two young men showed up about 8:00 pm and the new heater was installed about 9:00 pm. All contacts were nice people. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Amazing service. Two young men Clayton and William completed the bathroom shower unit to stop leakage and installed new ones, also removed a kitchen sink and put a new sink, faucets etc in. I cannot say enough good things about these two young men. They were so prompt, answered everything asked of them, respectful and very speedy. One could not ask for better service than that...so with that said i hope the company owner reads this and commends them both...Thank you again Clayton and William. I would call Patricks any time I needed other service
