Went to Addison subway yesterday younger kids didn't act like they wanted to work they was slow wanted a spinach wrap said they was frozen but the girl went in back and got one kinda weird to me but if they was frozen where did she get the one for me then wanted a tea said it isn't tea season didn't know tea had a season lol considering all the other places have tea

Went to subway today to get gift cards for Christmas. Never again! I had to swipe the gift cards( 10- 5.00 cards) individually, also my debit card, yes 10 times for those cards. I will be looking for other gifts for friends from now on. No more subway gift cards.

Worked here for a minute. It's a pretty clean place and food is fresh. Id say the only negative that can be said is customer service. The older ladies there can be quite negative to people. One will bluntly be rude to people and the other had made a man wait between 40-60 minutes for a sandwich because the machine was down. The man wanted to leave but she told him he cannot. After calling the owner the situation was sorted out making the man still pay for his sub even though it was an issue on our end. He pointed at me before going to his vehicle of wife and kids saying make sure people hear about this. So here I am.
