They must have gotten a new employee. This is one of the best subways around, very clean and worker is friendly. If you dont want a sloppy sub tell them not to put very much mayo on. At least they pile the ingredients on, most the subways you have to tell them to add more since they only put 2 pickles on.

Was a sub way experience like all the times b4, except covid rules,they kept certain # of costumers allowed in. Pluse required mask and kept social distance areas marked. But the app wouldn't work nor would the internet. Essentially wasn't a subway.

We ordered two six inch subs through the mobile app. The first one was pretty sloppy looking when we got home and opened it. The second one was ridiculous! The toppings were mostly outside of the bun, causing for it to be completely split into two separate pieces. This was only outdone by the massive amount of mayo they used. The sub was overly soggy and looked like something that belonged in the trash. Subs should not be soggy within 3-5 minutes after they have been prepared. Anything but appetizing! My partner didnt want me to call to complain in fear of what else may happen to our food. Definitely not happy to waste time and money like that!
