This Smith’s is the best! They have the most friendly pharmacy.

I will be changing to Walgreens they have drive up and better hours. Hopefullly staff is not as unhelpful as Smiths.

They would not take the time to bill multiple insurances. Rude pharmacy tech said that they will only bill one insurance. Can not use multiple on different prescription drugs even though I get better rates on different scripts with different insurances.

This pharmacy is out of my way and with all of the drive thru pharmacies around, a bit inconvenient too. I would switch but I’m too attached to the spectacular customer service. A good majority of the pharmacy staff has worked there for years and it’s nice seeing familiar & friendly faces when I pick up my prescriptions. One woman, Dena, has taken my daughter on little “adventures” to pick out fresh cartons of candy to keep behind the counter the last couple of times I’ve taken her there. I could save some time by switching but I’d miss these people too much! Pharmacies can be a headache but my visits here are always pleasant.
