Beautiful winery, even on a rainy day. Have a nice patio area that is covered and protected in the rain. Very nice set up for COVID safety, but we went early and they weren't very busy. Our pourer was very kind and knowledgeable. Seems like one of the few places you can still do a tasting. And their prices vary so you can choose something affordable or pricey. Really enjoyed our time here.

In a world where we were treated like we had the plague at most of the wineries we visited in TC (thank you, Covid), it was SO refreshing to experience a tasting at Chateau Grand Traverse! The wines were fantastic and the servers were all professional, fun, and kind! They and we followed all guidelines, and they were still able to make it an excellent experience for us! Thank you, Savannah and team! You were awesome! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing tasting experience!nJacob was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorite wines out off all the vineyards we visited in the area. Bought a lot of wine this time will definitely be back for more!nHighly recommend!

Easily our favorite experience during our entire weekend stay.n-n-nMy wife and I went wine tasting with another couple. We visited ten vineyards total during our weekend stay in the area. We are amateur wine tasters in every sense.nnTHE GOOD:nVery affordable and fun tasting options. Staff was friendly and generous with their pours. The owner hung-out with us at the bar and talked about wine, history, and romance. Wine options were extensive and tasted great! Fun, unique wine offerings. Bought two bottles at very affordable prices, especially compared to the rest of the peninsula.nnClean, put together bathrooms.nnTHE BAD:nAverage views. Not a lot of seating.

The wait was long due to COVID but other than that it was great! They are allowing 3 groups at a time to the bar for tastings. No more than 4 per group but if you have a big group you can split up. It’s $5 for 5 tastings and you get to keep the glass. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. They have a little gift shop and the way you find and buy wines was very organized. I loved the merlots that had a coffee taste and the sangria. I also loved the wine that they say is like “Christmas in a bottle”. I can’t remember the name. Over all it was a very pleasant experience with beautiful views!
