Went to a birthday party that was planned several days in advance. No pool. Never called to inform us of this. The man and woman at guest services were non apologenic, and honestly worthless. Trust me, I will never plan anything at this place let alone stay here after the experience we had on this event. You really need some REAL help in your guest services. Truly a joke.
