This place has the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. I have been coming here for 6 months now and never once has the prescription been ready. It doesn't matter if it's submitted 3 hours or 1 week ago it is never ready. They always give the same excuse that they just can't keep up. They are not customer service focused. They will not even acknowledge the customer sometimes for 15 minutes. Understaffed. They are so busy but they can't hire enough help. Rudest employees I have ever met. I'm going back to Meijer for my prescriptions. So frustrating.

The lady is extremely rude. They say it will be ready and after you call to check they still don't have it ready...you go up there and they say 2 more hrs...after it was called in at 9 and its after 1.

The staff at Swartz Creek Kroger Pharmacy are some of the most courteous and nice people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with to get my prescriptions filled!!! They all go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of every single time I need to get one of my medications. I will never use another pharmacy!

Great pharmacists and assistants. Always helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very kind.nnI have a special medication and this Kroger was the only chain able to order it for me.nnGreat pharmacy all around.

I found the techs very rude and not very helpful. After waiting 30 minutes they said it'd be an additional 30 to count out 20 pills. Then I sat in the drive through line for an additional 10 minutes. I do not find them helpful or even a little bit compassionate.
