Our meals were fabulous as usual and greatly appreciated after another medical appointment at the Ann Arbor area campus of Michigan Medicine. Joy was an awesome wait staff member. Everyone we had contact with wore their masks and the current social distancing rules were clearly followed exactly correctly. Love your food and service!ud83cudf7dud83cudf54ud83cudf5f

My relatives were here to celebrate school, and we all thought it was funny that the server brought me a kid's cup because they thought I was a lot younger than I am. Everyone seemed to love their burgers, and my vegetarian burger was okay. It was clearly from a frozen package that I could easily have purchased from the store for cheaper, but now I know. My word of advice: either come here for a light meal of soup or a side dish if you're a vegetarian, or enjoy another restaurant.

Called ahead to make a reservation for 10 people (6-adults, 4-kids) for a birthday on 3/14/21. In the morning I was told that I had a reservation time set. Arrived just before set time and was told by the manager that Red Robin does not take reservations. Waited for over an hour to get seated due to our larger number of guests. (This is exactly why I called ahead)nIt was my wife's birthday, we had requested that the staff sing their Happy Birthday sin g when we arrived, they said they were still doing that. They didn't, so we got up and sang Happy Birthday to her ourselves.nThe menu has changed somewhat from what we were used to, no big deal. Still had out favorites. Wait staff was pleasant, food was good and hot, drinks were cold. We are rewards members and frequent this Red Robin on Miller Rd in Flint, MI often.nWe did not allow the mishap in the beginning ruin the enjoyment of the meal nor the celebration of the birthday.nJust know that they do not take reservations.nPhotos attached.nJ.S.G.

Great food at a reasonable price, very friendly staff who keep things moving smoothly with Covid rules. Our waitress was always on top of things and bringing us refills when we got low. Overall great experience at this location.
