Drive through was a little backed up at the time I went by, but which drive through isn't now a days with this pandemic? The quality of the food was better than most Arby's. I ordered the french dip. The bread was fresh. The roast beef was tasty. The fries were hot. This was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to the Swartz Creek team!

I come here almost daily. I live near another Arby’s but go out of my way to come here. Mostly because of Lori she greets me every morning with a smile and is always going out of her way to be kind. The people here are so amazing and kind. The food is prepared as though they were preparing it for family. Great place!! Great people most of all.

We stopped by yesterday for lunch and everything about our meal was awful. The sandwich was placed on a stale bun, the fries were so greasy and tasted terrible, and the pop was just syrup and water, you could taste that there was no carbonation. I will NOT go there again!

Always fast and correct food. It's a good idea to double check for utencils and straws as they are often forgotten,.

First time coming here. In the drive thru, we asked for large fries instead they gave me a carton of half full fries in their supposedly large carton. Also, I ordered a loaded Italian sub with no tomatoes. They still put the tomatoes on the sub. What if I was allergic? That would have been bad. Then, we asked for two beef and cheddars. They put no cheddar on the beef and cheddars. That was our first time coming to this Arby's and will be the last time we go to this one. There are other restaurants in the area that I would rather go to.
