Like any semi-responsible parent would do, I called the office requesting that my wife and I have a short (I literally requested only ten minutes of doctor's time) consultation with the doctor so my wife and I could ask questions such as what is her stance on child restraint, parents being in the room while child has exam / cleaning and so on. For two consecutive days I spoke with DENISE in the office - she was HORRIBLE to work with. She seemed consistently confused (giving me contradicting information from what other staff in the office had previously told me), telling me she would call me back by a certain time (which she never did) and then CONTINUALLY giving excuses as to why perspective parents cannot have a mere ten minutes to ask questions of the doctor. I even asked DENISE in the office if I could schedule a consultation SIX to EIGHT weeks out (again, only asking for ten minutes) but DENISE continually gave excuses “doctor is so busy”, “sometimes doctor doesn’t get a lunch break”, “doctor works right up until the end of the day” and so on. That makes me wonder, however, because the office appears to only be open three days a week… guess they’re not busy enough to work a full week… ? Apparently the doctor does not want parents asking questions. Based on all the positive things I've read about the doctor, I was hoping this would be somewhere that my wife and I could get our daughter established with. If doctor's staff (especially DENISE) is any indication, no parent should be taking their child to this doctor.nnEDIT: Thank you for your response as well as your offer to recommend another pediatric dentist. I will, however, pass as I do not feel I can trust the office in that Denise's information contradicted what others in the office told me in an in-person discussion. Additionally, as the doctor apparently deems it of non-importance to spend, literally, only a few minutes with parents who are concerned with the well being of their child's dental condition answering questions, well that appears to show the doctor does not value the patient's / parent's concern(s). Again, thank you for your response and offer for an alternative doctor.

No one answers the phone and they will not call back when trying to schedule an appointment. Been trying for weeks now.

Words can not express how pleased and relieved I am to have been sent to her office. She did an excellent job for my son, 6, both comforting him and treating him. The receptionist and assistants were kind as well. Thank you and God Bless you, we need you here in Genesee County!

So good with my children ❤ufe0f always gental and uplifting. Make sure kids are comfortable with hugs and gentle touch, and even goes the extra mile to tell kids and parents what's happening... great job
