Awesome, very helpful and very friendly staff. I have been with Mrs. Julie insurance company for over 15 yrs. I refuse to be insured with anyone else. The sweetness of the owner and staff is why i refuse to go anywhere else. Yessss...I recommend they're services. Used Nustar for a few years with Citizens insurance. Had to call the main office alot due to not being able to get a hold of the branch near me and taking forever to get return calls. Got in a car accident that was not my fault and my insurance went up $300/month. Nustar tried shopping around for a better rate but no luck. Went to Progressive on my own and I am close to what I was paying pre accident. Still fighting with Citizens for medical bills because of the car accident. At the point I might have to get a lawyer. No help from Nustar at all.
