I was relying on these guys to show and they missed their appointment and called me the next day to let me know they miss their appointment. So if you have an emergency these aren't the guys to call

My wife called them, we needed two outside faucets on our house repaired and one in her horse barn repaired. The person they sent out was not knowledgeable. My wife found out he was not a licensed plumber. He charged her $49 for a service call which she did not agree to when she called. He did nothing. He told her she would get a e/mail the next day with a estimate for the costs involved but never received anything. That was 10 days ago. $49 wasted

I have a ondemand tankless water heater and they can be difficult. So I just want you to know that once again Brandon had to come out for the 3rd time. It was frustrating I know because we thought we had the problem solved Friday but it started again. He came back out today to have another look and we both hoped and prayed it was now solved. It was frustrating because this time it started making funny noises it wasnt making before and he didnt hesitate to call rheem tech suppprt to see what else needed to be done. When getting a hot bath tonight, I had no loss of hot water at all. I texted Brandon to let him know how grateful I was for all he did. I am on the consumers energy protection plan and I will be notifying them of the job well done and they should be using you guys as much as possible. If there was more workers like him all the customers would be satisfied. A big bravo to Brandon and your company. I had Ken Harding come out before and he was here15 minutes and told me he had to try and find the parts. It took them weeks to finally tell me he couldnt find the parts and it would have to be replaced. If you dont know they are upwards of $800. When Brandon come out and found what he needed it took him less than 24 hours to get the approval from consumers and order the parts needed and notify me they would be here in 3-5 days so I wonder why ken Harding could find them?
