Worker made us wait 5-10 min while she finished filling her drink. Then we proceeded to order a foot long split she told us we would have to pay for two separate 6 inches. I managed a subway long ago and I have been going and ordering the same thing for almost 20 years and never been told this. I walked away and won’t spend my money here ever again!!!!

I dont know what it is with montrose and clio subways but every single time i go there i have to ask them to cook it or its literally half raw...and no i dont want my bacon crispy or welldone,just cooked.makes me sick looking at the bacon i cant even eat it,yall going to give someone food poisoning

Hailey was super unprofessional! She was slamming bread pans down on top of each other and huffing ... people in Walmart turner to look at her. She then continued rob slam the toaster oven door, as well as the Bread keeper door! I work in retail even if it was because she feels like she is under staffed or something which there was only 1 person ahead of us .. or maybe she had a rude customer before us?? Either way super unprofessional and makes the business look bad.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. Worker I had was rude rolled her eyes at everyone slamming doors and just tossing the sandwiches around. I will NOT be going back to this location. Just to be clear it is the one located inside of walmart in Clio

Terrible service young girl working wants to argue with you and tell me she has 6 years working at subway. Better retrain horrible attitude. Won't be back
