I had such a lovely experience with the owner and her employees, my ring is a dream come true && it was sized in three days! On top of that i complimented on some decor they had and that it would be cute for my wedding, when i went to pick up my ring she gifted me a bag of extra decor! I have nothing but appreciation and love for this jewelry store!

Working with Cindy was a breeze, she was kind and patient with me when I was trying to decide what wedding bands I wanted. She was able to order exactly what I wanted and now I have my dream wedding set! She was also able to take my fiancé’s grandmothers wedding ring and melt it down to make his band. Cindy made the whole process so easy for us, we will be back!

I called and had so many questions before I actually ventured out (because of Covid-19). I spoke with Cindy and she was beyond amazing!!! I mean A+++ customer service!!!! She went above and beyond on the phone and completely convinced me that I would be safe and in good hands for my custom ring if I came in. So I did just that! Immediately she was welcoming and went above and beyond when I came in as well! She not only listen to what I was looking to do with the two rings I had and how I “kind of” knew what I wanted lol. But she went off of my personality and the vibes she felt from me and literally picked out THE MOST BEAUTIFULLY, UNIQUE, PERFECT ring and band!!!!! It is beyond what I could have ever imagined I would be getting when I decided to call that day!!! I will go NO WHERE ELSE for any and all of my jewelry wants and needs! Cindy you are amazing and you are leaving your beautiful mark on this world!!! You overshot all the expectations I had and I will be back with more fun projects for you! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to get my band! :)

Service above and beyond. Staff member was willing to stay open a few minutes past closing time to allow me time to arrive and have battery replaced on my fitness tracker. This was done quickly and correctly. She then let me out the back door since it meant a more direct route to where I was parked.
