NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER CAREnLost a potential customer today...as a business you should realize anyone that crosses the threshold of your business is a potential customer even if they are only there to ask for directions... if things would have went in a more positive direction while encountering this agent I probably would have thought to call his office up the next time I was in the market for some insurance. Now I know I definitely won’t be making that call. Maybe next time just stay in your office and let the lady at the desk handle it because she was doing a fine job without your passive-aggressive comments as you walked by. Maybe you should have introduced yourself and asked, since I was there, if I had any insurance needs. Common courtesy goes a long way in this world, sir....
