Absolutely the best service I gotten anywhere. Half my house for the last week kept losing power and was flickering off and on. I called consumers and they said it was inside the house well diagnostics electrical returned my phone call within minutes and he said if it goes out again to call him. We'll last night the other half of the house lost power and he answered when I called at 7 pm. He told me after I explained everything that to call consumers back its a short somewhere on pole or in box. I called consumers and they came out 4 hours later power is up and running in whole house. Thanks so much for the advice on what to do and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much will deff call back to use your service. Debbie
