Always have what I need in stock. Sometimes takes a while to fill but worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked the idea of going to Meijer after being with Walmart so long. But much to my disappointment they are not quick, consistent or convenient. If you have a script with a black box warning they do not care. You can wait 4-6 days, nevermind you might have a seizure or that it took the doctor 3 days to call in the rx. I also think waiting 4 days before you can pick up your diabetic meds is not worth it either. They used to have a program where you could get Metphormin for free and that is now non existent. Useless pharmacy!!!! Time for new management!!!!! Time for me to go elsewhere. And if you have a drug take back program why do you tell pharmacy customers it is okay to dump meds in toilets. I have overheard staff telling customers.

Went to the pharmacy for my first time to get a prescription filled. Told 20 to 30 minutes After waiting 30, didn't need any info yet. I had ID and a insurance ready. I get back an hour later after grocery shopping. Wait another 30 minutes, get told that since they never got my info the order wasn't urgent, and i had to wait for it to go through or it'd be 450. It also want ready, now an hour and a half later. What even is thit place. And now the cashier is complaining loudly about how she hasn't been able to leave the counter for hours like it's the customers fault.

I wanted to like this pharmacy, I really did. I love the convenience and being able to use the app for refills, but more than once, I have shown up for a script a few DAYS later and it isn't filled. Twice now, they have had questions about one of my medications (2 different ones) but instead of calling the doctor or calling me, they just don't do anything. Once I was waiting in the waiting area with my son who had an ear infection, and there was nobody in line or waiting, they were busy filling the orders for the day. I was first told it would take a few HOURS. I can appreciate they have a high volume of business to do, but if I'm waiting with my crying son for an antibiotic, do they really want to hear him cry for hours in their waiting area? (One of the ladies took pity on me and faced the annoyance of the other techs, and pushed us ahead, we were out of there in about 45 minutes instead of hours.) I have been dispensed the wrong dosage, and wasnt told until I refilled it that last time it was wrong. THEY REALIZED THEY DOUBLED MY DOSE, AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME. We went to fill a script with less than an hour left until closing time, and after a 30 minute wait, we were told that they dont fill prescriptions in the last 20 minutes of the day. (That's a fairly reasonable policy, but if we walk in with 50 minutes before closing, we should be able to expect it to be filled?) I walk away frustrated more often than not from this pharmacy - it's consistently bad to mediocre service. The only positive thing I can say is that when they DO have everything ready, the staff who work face to face with the customers are very nice.

I'm surprised how many ADULTS can behave so disrespectful to the staff here... shamed on you! I was explain the process of filling pills here and I do understand why sometimes it takes them a while. They dont just pour pills into your bottle people! I like their free list of meds is so convenient. Keep up the good work!
