Foods ok but they mess up orders alot

Today while paying for my order at the Window, there is a Sign posted saying “Exact Change or Credit only”. They didn’t mention this At All while I was ordering. They did ask if I wanted to give a $1 to charity and I said yes but then at the window they wanted to add the additional change to the next dollar since they want exact change and All I had were bills.. so they added $1.86 to the order for the “Charity”. They handed me my receipt which was completely illegible. I asked to speak to the Manager and she told me she knew it wasn’t printing correctly. I asked for a duplicate and was told there was nothing they could do... now keep in mind the dining room is closed, so there are two registers that they are Not even using, that probably print just fine. Without a legible receipt, I cannot verify I was charged correctly, nor can I verify that the $1.86 I gave to charity was actually recorded, for All I know the employees are pocketing this money from each customer, since there is no way to verify anything. Of course, the back of the receipt tells you to complete their survey for a chance to win $1000 but without the information from the front of the receipt (which you can’t read) you can’t complete the survey. I contacted Arby’s corporate and brought this issue to their attention, since it’s obvious the Manager at this location doesn’t care. Hopefully they will bring this issue to the owner’s attention so that the charity collections can be verified.

Stopped here on my way home from work so it was late, probably around 10:30pm. The food was quick and fresh, the employee who was at the drive thru was the best and most friendly person working at a fast food place I've ever encountered.
