Carl V. Reck has such a beautiful selection of jewelry. They are always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Carrie is one of my favorites. Beautiful array of jewelry to choose from at reasonable prices. They always take great care of me when I visit.

Matt and the staff have always gone above and beyond to be helpful to me, even when there is no profit to them. They do beautiful work, and will even clean and repair pieces that are not theirs. A wonderful small business jeweler. Even now that we have moved away from Charlotte, I prefer to shop here.

I am so happy with the service I received. I wanted a ring made for our daughter, and had been to a different jeweler. There I was told a ridiculous amount and basically that it wouldn’t happen. So, when I walked into Carl V Reck, I expected the same information. Boy was I wrong. Not only was I able to order the ring, the customer service I received was AMAZING! Today I picked up the ring and it is gorgeous ❤ufe0f!
