I don’t usually write reviews but I want people to know about the professionalism and detail orientation of Ridge Tefft (The Agent). I called him for a quote for auto insurance for my new car and he explained my risks as a working adult and asked if I could come in for a quick meeting. Matt was amazing to talk to. Very friendly and sweet. Even with all the network issues he kept in touch and let me know every set of the way what was happening. I was very impressed by him.

I filled out an estimate online and Matt reached out to me the same day, we scheduled a call for the next day and he was very helpful when it came to working around my schedule to have a time to go over things. Being that this was the first policy I’ve ever had on my own, I told him I was clueless...he was so helpful, explained to me what the policy included and did the most he could to get me the best price. Matt made the whole process easy, quick and he’s very personable, 10/10 would recommend State Farm/Matt and his team to anyone!

I had a call with Camron just to ask some questions about State Farm’s life insurance policies. I can say with confidence that he was one the most helpful and polite employees I have talked to on the phone in my entire life. Not only was he able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was also able to teach me things about these policies that I was not even aware of. If I am ever looking to purchase insurance this interaction with on the phone with Camron will put Ridge Tefft State Farm as my number 1 choice. Thank you for all the help!!!
