Purchased home with cash in June ..never received title..called in September and told they would send a new copy to my email address..went in October to get financing on home and its still in old owners name..called company and they finally found my paperwork and said it must have been misplace and they would file an addendum and get the title fixed and to give them a week...now its been almost 3 weeks and house is still showing up under old owners name..called and had the rudest man ever answer..yes im upset but to be yelled at by the man and told if I have an attitude he wouldn't help me and he refused to let me speak to anyone else..yes I'm mad I gave this place 215,000 cash for my home and 6 months later it is still not in my name? DO NOT USE THEM! Most unprofessional company ever !
