I have been a member of MSU Credit Union for 5 years. I have always received excellent customer service at all their branches. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
I do enjoy the services offered however they will not hesitate to lie to your face in order to get your business. After the fact they have no sympathy for causing you hassle and aggregation. Now that I have 90% of my banking switched here it would be difficult to switch away but if i had it to do over again, knowing what i know now, I never would have broight my business to this company.
