Beyond slow! We called in a prescription refill just after 5pm and was told we could pick it up in 45 minutes. We had things to do, didn't get to the pharmacy until 8pm. Now we're sitting in the car with our kids waiting because they are just now filling the prescription. What happened to it being ready by 6pm?

I recently switched from Kroger to Rite Aid because I’ve had so many problems after Bob retired. I ran out of a medication 15 days early and that’s when I realized Kroger had shorted me 30 pills out of 60. When I tried to talk to them about it they treated me like a drug addict and said there is no way they miscounted (this wasn’t even a narcotic). I also told them the bottle was not initialed by the pharmacy which they always do. They still didn’t believe me so I called and talked to the store manager and he had them look into it. Sure enough I got a call that they found a bottle of 30 pills on some shelf with my name on it. They weren’t apologetic and just blamed it on a newer girl “just doing her job” so I switched. I am so happy with Rite Aid so far. Their customer service is amazing and I hardly ever have to wait.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years and I've only had a couple of decent experiences. The staff is usually very short, seemingly unhappy and rude...they also always take almost double the time THEY quote for prescriptions to be ready :/.

Very poor service will never recommend this placem since bob has retired its gone down hill fast!
