I will never be back there. They were rude to my mother and I saying we couldn't add anything since I had paid already and they couldn't just do a new order for one thing for us. Only reason we didn't just cancel the hole thing was in a diabetic and needed food asap other wise we would have cancelled our order

Since when do subway shops in st John's mi refuse business,and telm customers that what they are ordering isnt possible,I drive OTR and eat subway frequently and the ones in town are refusing customer service,it outragious,and I'm very disappointed,I will have to think on future visits after this last visit,workers need to be reprimanded!! Very upset!!

I ordered the Turkey bacon avacado wrap. I asked her for the tomatoe basil wrap. And got a green one. I asked for black olives I got 3. The bacon was 3 peices. Its supposed to be 8. I looked it up online it was 10.00. For a wrap and soup. The wrap fell apart in the paper. Because she tried to take it off the paper. I told her just leave it in the paper. She argued with a coworker about it. My soup was in my bag with sandwich and dumped out onto the wrap. Yuck. Just go somewhere else. Not coming back here again.
