So tonight I was at the St. John’s Mi location. My kids was having a hard time deciding what to order so it took me longer in drive through. When I got up to the window, they was about to give me my drinks, I told them I didn’t order the two drinks I ordered the freezes drinks. Not 4 drinks only two. The one girl at the window told this other girl so this other girl said you ordered these drinks, with a lot of attitude towards me. I said no I ordered the two freezes that’s it. So than still had attitude and took back the two pop drinks and handed me the freezes and had a lot of attitude at me. She than shuts the window and I waited there cause I haven’t gotten my food yet, she opens the window up and says what you need? I said I haven’t gotten my food. She has the poorest customer service ever she needs to be fired! And they charged me for the 4 drinks when I only ordered two and never refunded my money back to me for the two extra drinks they charged me.

The friendliest restaurant i was ever to... we showed up in a 30 passenger bus. Everyone got there food in decent time. And then to top it off I went back up to get some cinni-buns and she told me not to worry about it and gave it for free!!ud83eudd17ud83eudd17

2.2.21 - The service was phenomenal. Had an order that was missing some items, and the management team was so friendly and nice and corrected the mistake and then some, I wasnt even mad afterward. I got my order and the corrected order probably all total 5min -- which is crazy fast. Thank you!

I love this place! They have really cleaned up the place with new management and crew. The assistant manager Kellie is a wonderful woman and makes the place a better joy!

I was a little hesitant after my last visit to this location and this time... far worse. Last time I was there the customer service was far less than one would have expected, but with covid being a “new thing” at the time... I let it go. This time however I’m not as understanding. First thing when I went to place my order they immediately tell me they are all out of beef (and mild sauce) they are open until 1 and it was almost 10?! Knowing I just wanted some tacos I was struggling as what to order-I could tell they were growing impatient with me so I just ordered tacos, but with chicken. (Just not the same)n1. They up charged me for the chicken.n2. They just threw everything in the bag.n3. One taco had nothing in it because it was at the bottom of the bag.n4. There was hardly anything on the two that survived being thrown in the bag!nnBright side...they were enjoying some good Christmas music!!
