My family have been going to Harr’s for over 30 years now. They always have been wonderful and friendly. We always know we will get quality. I’m not good at picking out jewelry for my wife but Alan and his family remember what I have purchased in the past and have made some suggestions that made my wife very happy. You can’t find service and knowledge like this anyplace else.

Took my watch into for a band repair - repaired it on the spot and at a very reasonable price. Then returned same watch for thorough cleaning and repair for movement not running. Had it back before EST and it runs better than it did before movement stopped working. Very friendly staff and owner is especially skilled and helpful.
