Very disappointed in outcome. Bought a home w out realitor and virtually every thing the agency did it got wrong. Turned into a big mess w wrong parties being erroneously charged closing fees and they version of proration of property tax leaves one party taking it in the seat. At this point in time don't go there period. They are not capable in my view of even beginning to know what they are doing.nAnd this is holding back by author. It remains to be seen if they or the title company (ATA TITLE) are going to make the parties whole again. I spend many many hours n stress over something that should not have happened . If you still want to take your chances on one of the most important purchases of your life, well I will more likely than not be reading about you here.nPat T.
