Don’t waste your time. Extremely rude with low customer service standards. After a second phone call this morning to adjust our policy, I was told, by Dan...he was putting too much work in to a nothing policy!! As a customer I’ve never been spoken to like that. Extremely disappointed as we have had cars and boats insured through him and now our business is nothing?? Cancelled and went elsewhere. I was made to feel as if I were an inconvenience and a waste of time.

Dan gets things done. I have never had an issue that he couldn't fix or fully explain.

Dan is always willing to help and gets things done efficiently when you have a claim. I had a stone fly up and crack my windshield. It was very easy and quick to get the crack fixed.

Dan was always a great agent. I felt bad having to leave his agency but the cost of All. State insurance was 1500.00 dollars a year more than I pay with Farm Bureau. I am sorry but I have to take care of my wife and I as we are on fixed incomes.
