Allaby & Brewbaker is the epitome of a family-owned, small town business! They treat their clients like they are family and are huge community supporters by giving back. They provide timely service and are patient to answer all of our questions whether it is about coverage or when handling a claim. They compare premium rates with other companies automatically to ensure that we are receiving the best coverage for the best rate. They are a legacy to my family and in their own right - being a downtown St. Johns staple for decades. My parents have had their farm and auto insurance through them for over 50 years and my husband and I have had home, auto and business insurance through them for more than 20 years.

Came in at 10:30 was told it would take 30 min to eat a quote. The lady then proceeded to let me know her lunch was at 12 and she might be leaving my info with the person at the front. Well it’s not 1 in the afternoon and I just received a call. I went down to McKenzie agency and was in there for 20 min and walked out with INSURANCE!!! Never recommend this place.
