To the guy working alone today. It's sunny and beautiful and there was a long line to get a car wash. You waited on me with a smile and did a great job prepping my car. You said 2 people called in and no one else would answer their phone to come in and work. I'm sure you were tired, and frustrated and getting stressed (cause I would have been) but you didn't show it. You just smiled and kept getting people thru as fast as you were able. Good job!!!
Masters auto wash is a great place. You guys do a awesome job.
I always use this car wash and been very satisfied but the last 6 times I've been there, I ask to get the bugs off the front and windshield and it's not done. Today I tried again and asked, the kid shook his head and did nothing but spray, so after getting out I looked at the front, mirrors and windshield with a lot of bugs. I went back through and said what was wrong. They did better with attitude but still not what a car wash advertises, A Car Wash. Not asking for a detailed truck, just clean. New kids don't care!!
