Today ordered double beef n cheddar no bun. Rec’d order with lettuce on it. I’ve never had lettuce on my beef n cheddar before. I also ordered a 5 pc jalapeño bite with bronco berry sauce. Didn’t receive the bronco berry sauce and the jalapeño bites were soggy with grease were not crunchy and were cold. There was so much grease the bottom of the bag was greasy. The total cost was over $9.00. Won’t be back any time soon.
Love the 2-5 deals, easier for taking all my kids and not spending a fortune!
The drive through is fast and my order was accurate. Friendly people too!
I really like Arby's food, but AGAIN I paid for food I did not receive at the drive-thru. It has happened several times - the cashier reads my order back to me, but when I get home, something is missing - and not a dollar item, something that costs almost $6. I am retired and on a fixed income, and getting take-out is a treat for me since I can't afford it often. I guess i can't afford Arby's.
The folks at Arby's sure did a good job tonight. I had a complicated order, and they filled it exactly correctly. Mmmmmm jamocha shake droooool...
