Super friendly guy runs the place. I was in town to buy a truck and needed to rent a U-Haul to tow my car back home. The owner got me all set up with what I needed in the middle of some nasty winter weather, and didn't even take the opportunity to poke fun at a newbie truck owner's dumb problems. Don't let the appearance fool you.

Pretty sure it's closed, or should be. Abandoned cars parked at pumps, no sign of humans. Junk piled everywhere.
Allowed me to use their restroom without any hassle. My pregnant wife went in to use the bathroom and the staff was rude and treated her with disrespect and denied her use of the bathroom. For me, all smiles. For her, utter rudeness. Better off going to the next exit when rolling through this area.
When my wipers stopped working in the middle of a horrendous downpour and I managed to get my car off the highway and into Andy's the guys there helped us out and got us back on the road. Super friendly great people there.
