Was with State Farm for 6 years for homeowners insurance only. They kept trying to get us to bundle but even with bundling our auto it was still way more expensive than the auto insurance we had at the time. We wanted to make some changes to our policy so we made a few calls to State Farm to get things squared away. Often they would call while I was at work so I would have to call them back. On several occasions they were busy and would call me back later. Weeks would go by until they called back. I never called them a second time because I didn’t know what they even wanted. I again received a call while I was at work and I returned the call as usual and was told I would get a call back. I didn’t, until a month later. But it was while I was at work AGAIN. This time a voicemail was left saying the changes we wanted to make were not able to be made and our insurance would expire in 4 days. This is such an unprofessional, classless, and most of all way too expensive. They didn’t care to help me out for anything. They left us out to dry. When I tried to call them back one final time, nobody would answer during their working hours.
