Chicken was good, the rest I could give or take. Waitress was cold and not very friendly, waited a long time to be sat and the sides to my meal were like warm after a long wait. The sausage was greasy, and when we noted how cold it was in the building we were told it's 72 degrees. But everyone pretty much in the dining room had coats on so I guess I'm the crazy one? Probably won't return to this location.
Service was ok. Food was ok
My husband & I along with 2 other couples went the Benton Harbor, Mi location and the service was horrible. Our waitress was as gracious as she could be however the manager was not. We waited over an hour for a table, and then when we asked after waiting another hour how long would it be for our orders. We were told that the order would be done when its done after the manager had to corrected on how long we had been waiting. Extremely poor service
We don't have a Bob Evans near our home, and we wish this one was closer! We usually trust Bob Evans restaurants for friendly, efficient staff and good food, but this location is one of our favorites. Even though we don't get there very often, we are always treated like regular customers.
They have wonderful food. They have great servers. The place is clean and beautiful. They are doing covid safety.
