I called to ask for a copy of our homeowners insurance for a refinance. I was told they would send it right over. 2 weeks later nothing and no call. This was the second time this happened, the first time I had to call a few times to get it. I don’t understand why a simple request would be so difficult. Luckily I realized I could create an account with Auto Owners and pull the dec page myself.

Tony Ventimiglia was a balm for the soul as he navigated us through the very turbulent waters of losing our company healthcare during the COVID crisis. His patient and thoughtful demeanor helped to relieve our angst and find alternative healthcare solutions. He has been responsive even though I knew he was getting swamped with requests.
