United Federal Credit Union is a great place to utilize. They have friendly staff. They offer a variety of services. They are up to date with technology. And their customer service is wonderful. We appreciate them so much that even after moving away, we chose to continue using them. They partner with other credit unions so you can utilize onsite banking still if you need, but most everything can be handled online.
United Federal Credit Union has customer service like no other. The people there are so helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the whole organization. I have delt with Monica of thier mortgage department numerous times with excellent results. I strongly recommend United Federal.
Everyone at UFCU have been very helpful and knowledgeable about any issues we have had, even when out of the country. Always friendly and quick to respond to questions via email.
UfCU customer service is terrible in the collection dept. In the past doing business with this dept was the most unprofessional service... no updates on my acct, could not speak with someone about my acct. Always told I could not talk to the person in charge. No service, Constantly being put off. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE..Terrible and the cover up is atrocious. Very poor customer!
