I've been using Curtis insurance for 7 years for all types of insurance and they have been wonderful and accommodating in every aspect. I refer to them as 'concierge agents' cause they are always available to advise through my needs and concerns. I've carried health, life, home, car insurance for my personal needs as well as general, workers compensation and specific professional liability insurances for my business.nnFor my business I often need to have updates or inclusions of the clients we're working with depending on the projects (I'm in the business of architecture) and they are prompt with sending me all the documents necessary for qualifications.nnHighly recommend, they are the perfect balance of hands off (I can pay online, check my coverage, etc.) and personal service.

I thought Curtis Insurance Agency was the best I've found in Michigan I've been to many different insurance agencies and I've never gotten the service and the excellent care that I got through Curtis Insurance Agency in Frankfort Michigan so I would hope that everyone who looks them up checks them out because they are very very good and very very reliable and I really enjoyed my experience with them and I would recommend them to anybody who needs Insurance of any kind. In fact it's like working with family. They are very friendly and professional. I just can't say enough wonderful things about them.
