Judge Kengis is AGAINST MEN! Bias! Very rude! Dishonest and way corrupt! The FOC is designed to steal from men! Period!
Most horrible experience ever. They *ONLY* care about getting THEIR cut of the money. The woman on the phone was rude and quite assuming and wouldn't listen to anything that was not in-line with her preconceived notions. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. These people don't care about kids. They care about CASH.
Terrible customer service. Woman who takes calls is super rude.
The sheriff staff greet you as you walk in in a very Friendly way.
I haven't had any issues with the office or the automated system. All you do is dial the number, then 255, then wait, and the prompt after that push zero, it's so simple and I am not quite sure what the deal is with these people complaining. They can't give anyone legal advice there is a legal office in the courthouse you can go to for questions about attorneys, custody, divorce...etc people need to understand that FOC has a huge caseload, lots of people have babies and divorces. If you are not getting a response, chances are it's something they can't help you with so do the research. They have been so helpful with me, even allowed me to bring my little ones to an appointment since I had no choice. Just give them a break and understand their job is difficult.
