Excellent and flexible service! My family is given the care that they need and not a bunch of work that they don't need. I find everyone here is honest and approachable.

This dentist allowed my husbands ex-wife Amy VanderKolk AKA Amy Baar and Amy Collet to somehow magically use my social security number to bill my military dental insurance for ALL Amy’s three children! Without my permission/knowledgennAmys children have horrible teeth too as she doesn’t require them to brush their teeth. Each kids has had more dental work than I’ve ever seen any kid! Each has cost us 1,000-,7,000! YES, cost after insurance in the past 4 years alone between this dentist and another two dentists that Amy’s kids have gone to. Amy has paid maybe 120!nnI didn’t authorize this! It is court ordered she provide medical and dental insurance for her three kids yet has refused! And I certainly am NOT court ordered to provide any insurance!nnIn 2018 Amy was told I did not agree to me paying for her kids medical/dental as she doesn’t appreciate anything nor does she pay her portion!nnAmy has never provided any medical nor dental insurance that she’s court ordered to.nnAmy is personally guilty of medical and auto insurance fraud as video and Dr/medical evidence states and this situation is no different. She clearly has faked a ‘BRAIN INJURY’ from an accident she caused while going 5 miles per hour exiting a parking lot that she states caused her to be flung forward and to the side hitting the windshield and such. This resulted in her being unable to work for nearly a year according to her yet she in fact was working, so therefore collecting lost wages PLUS A FULLTIME PAYCHECK! This is well documented! Even the bank account she used to have all the funds deposited from both sources! She also filed and accepted childcare costs from her auto insurance when she when to her fraudulent medical appointments, at the same time she collected childcare for the exact times/dates from us!nnIn addition, Amy owes us 28,000 in fraudulent childcare costs of which we will get returned in court that has cost us 40K just to attempt to get that back... way more money fighting this extremely dishonest greedy woman. Amy has submitted 8 forged documents to the courts and the latest submission as of late Nov 2019.nnIn any event, I’ve reported her to my military dental provider and they will investigate. They’ve asked this dentist to provide the court order stating I’m responsible yet they haven’t and can’t as it states Amy is, but they keep rebilling my insurance!nnThey had NO RIGHT to automatically do this without verifying with me first! Nor was it ok to have anyone authorize anything using my SSN who is not me! Even if they state it somehow was on file... this makes no sense. This was a new policy and I definitely didn’t authorize anything, especially the use of my SSN without my permission!nnAmy is a ruthless and compulsive liar. To lose weight Amy came off her medically needed mental health medications in 2015 and has since become increasingly erratic mentally. She is not to be trusted nor should you let her trick you with her various other personalities. She has MANY and she knows exactly what she’s doing! She loves to take advantage of everyone!nnShe’s stolen money from men, stolen their cars, etc and that’s just the start of what they’ve come to us and reported! She’s a living nightmare who loves to steal your identity too!nnJust as when she broke into our bank accounts impersonating me and stole money to pay her credit card... WITH HER NAME ON IT!nnShe also broke into my husbands bank account by dating the vice-president of a bank in Holland, MI, to try to gain info to get more and more money that we don’t have for child support. The FDIC had to step in!nnSpeaking of which she’s said the kids aren’t genetically my husbands and come to find, they aren’t! Yet she’s still at it trying to make us pay more and more for all three of her kids that aren’t even genetically related to my husband!nnShe will be called on all soon enough, including this dental situation yet this dentist office sure as heck helped her and/or certainly tried hiding her evils... it seemed... apparently covering for themselves or friends with her. :/

ive had good and not so good......but, I called today because a tooth has been hurting me for a while (my last wisdom tooth). The secretary got me in for tomorrow on a cancellation and no questions asked....they are pulling it =) so I am happy and excited! Thank you for doing what I ask.

Dr. Ben did my teeth n had densurs n did an awesome job I would recommend anyone to him

Our family has been going here for the last 5 years. Both Drs. Wickstra and their staff have been excellent and given great care.
